Every Monday is a powerful 50-minute LIVE Virtual Vinyasa Flow without weights to focus on conditioning. Strength-based movements and reps are enveloped in the flow as we move with our breath. Expect lots of legs, triceps, and core work .
Wednesday will focus on building strength & endurance. Grab your 3 lb weights as we incorporate weight work into our classic yoga postures and flows. The flow will continue to have strength-based movements throughout, with more intention on arm work.
Every session we will flow with our breath, and practice connecting with our bodies. Creating a connection of breath and movement helps us practice a quiet mind. Every class will end with a well-earned 5-minute Savasana where we will find the complete stillness we've been working towards.
Our private Community Page will be like the kitchen at a party - the place where we can gather - to connect outside of class, post recipes, ask questions, share about our weekly goals, & deepen our already amazing community! You can access it here.
Every session is a private LIVE virtual workout via Zoom. And every session is recorded, so you can log in live or access it later on our private KPF Forum. The class recordings will be available to you for two months from the start date. This makes it easy for you to mix and match your workouts during the week and continue the bootcamp even after the six weeks. You can find them here.
