Every Monday is a sweaty 40-minute LIVE Virtual Core Workout to start off the week feeling like the strong badass you are.
sculpt & strength
Wednesday will focus on building strength conditioning & endurance. Grab your weights or cans of food and get ready to lift and feel stronger
hiit & stretch
Every Friday is a killer 20-minute Hight Intensity Interval Training followed by 15 minutes of gentle stretching, breath-work, and meditation.
Our private Forum will be like the kitchen at a party - the place where we can gather - to connect outside of class, post recipes, ask questions, share about our weekly goals, & deepen our already amazing community!
Every session is a private LIVE virtual workout via Zoom. And every session is recorded, so you can log in live or access it later on our private KPF Forum. The class recordings will be available to you for two months from the start date. This makes it easy for you to mix and match your workouts during the week and continue the bootcamp even after the six weeks.
