Every Monday is a sweaty 40 minutes of a killer Core Workout with a mix of full body strength-based exercises to start off the week feeling like the strong badass you are.
sculpt & strength
Wednesday will focus on building strength conditioning & endurance. Grab your weights or cans of food and get ready to lift and feel stronger
hiit & stretch
Every Friday is 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) followed by a delicious stretch session focusing on mobility, breath-work, and a short meditation.
community
Our private Forum will be like the kitchen at a party - the place where we can gather - to connect outside of class, post recipes, ask questions, share about our weekly goals, & deepen our already amazing community!
recordings
Every session is a private LIVE virtual workout via Zoom. And every session is recorded, so you can log in live or access it later on our private KPF Forum. The class recordings will be available to you for two months from the start date. This makes it easy for you to mix and match your workouts during the week and continue the bootcamp even after the six weeks.
