This is one of my favorite formats of Circuit Training. You never know which exercise is going to come next - something naughty, or something nice? Grab your sneakers, some water, and a towel. What to expect in a KPF class: - Options given for all levels - People of all ages and stages - Non-judgmental, welcoming environment - Guaranteed workout What you need for an online class: - Make sure you've signed the online waiver before class! - Download Zoom so you're ready - Give yourself some space at home and make sure you have enough space to move around comfortably, maybe do some jumping jacks - For equipment you just need a mat/blanket and a chair/something to hold onto for balance if needed - Log on at least 5 mins before to get situated & we can spend that time talking and catching up because I miss your face!
For Classes: Cancel at least 5 mins before the start time to avoid paying for the class! For Personal Training Sessions: Cancel at least 24 hours before our session.
