Service Description

Join us for the vibes 💫 as we flow together early Sunday morning. Bring your own yoga mat and any props you'd like to include. Class will start on time so please give yourself enough time for parking + set up. Classes are donation-based (most people pay $20-$30) and pre-registration is required as space is limited. Can’t wait to flow with you 🌊

For Classes: Cancel at least 5 mins before the start time to avoid paying for the class! For Personal Training Sessions: Cancel at least 24 hours before our session.
