St Patrick's Day Strength Training
Who's feeling lucky? Spotify playlist will be shared before class starts. Wear some green and get ready for a lil bit o' irish music. Limited space available. Expect dynamic low-impact cardio movements peppered in to keep the heart rate up. Options are always given for people of all ages and stages. For equipment you just need a set of weights, a mat/blanket and a chair/something to hold onto for balance if needed. I'll give you options for what to do if you don't have weights.
For Classes: Cancel at least 5 mins before the start time to avoid paying for the class! For Personal Training Sessions: Cancel at least 24 hours before our session.
