Service Description
Core & Stretch combines strength-based interval training with flexibility training. Created for you to find your own pace, your own level intensity, and a sense of bliss while you stretch and catch your breath between intense core-focused exercises. What to expect in a KPF Core & Stretch class: - Strong, simple, easy-to-follow and go at your own pace - Strength-Endurance-type interval training moves - Core-concentrated toning moves and exercises that sculpt your entire core - Fun, motivating music from all genres - Options given for all levels of fitness to cater to your needs - People of all ages and stages - Non-judgmental, welcoming environment - Guaranteed workout - Sweaty blast - Finding a balance between working hard and enjoying a stretch What you need for an online class: - Download Zoom so you're ready. - Give yourself some space at home. Make sure you have enough space to move around comfortably, maybe do some jumping jacks. - For equipment you just need a mat/blanket.
