Service Description
This is one of my favorite formats of Circuit Training. We'll do the ladder circuit set to the tune of the 12 Days of Christmas. I've sprinkled this format throughout the year and it's always loved! Grab your sneakers, some water, and a towel. What to expect in a KPF class: - Options given for all levels - People of all ages and stages - Non-judgmental, welcoming environment - Guaranteed workout What you need for an online class: - Make sure you've signed the online waiver before class! - Download Zoom so you're ready - Give yourself some space at home and make sure you have enough space to move around comfortably, maybe do some jumping jacks - For equipment you just need a mat/blanket and a chair/something to hold onto for balance if needed - Log on at least 5 mins before to get situated & we can spend that time talking and catching up because I miss your face!

For Classes: Cancel at least 5 mins before the start time to avoid paying for the class! For Personal Training Sessions: Cancel at least 24 hours before our session.
