Can I try it out before committing to a membership?

 

Yes! Every membership we offer comes with a 7-day free trial so you can try out the classes for a full week before your subscription begins.

How does the On-Demand Class Schedule work?

All classes are recorded live during the week and made available to you that week. Each class will be up for a few weeks before being replaced by another class of the same format.There will be 4 classes of every format at all times.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your membership at anytime. Follow the prompts to cancel in your account page and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren't refunds for partially unused membership periods.
