A Summer of the Fall Schedule: Early Morning

Everyone who has completed all steps in the program will get a badge.


Start up the routine of the early morning classes that will begin in September during the summer to make your transition smoother once the weekly live classes begin again. Classes are five days a week and include: Power Vinyasa Yoga, Barre, Strength Training, and a weekly Rotating Class.
