BOOK BY FORMAT

W H A T  T O  E X P E C T

In every KPF class you can expect these three things:

1. We will spend the first few minutes answering a "Question of the Day" which could be anything from "What's your signature alcoholic drink?" to "What is the best advice you've ever been given?". These create an opportunity to get to know the other students in the class. I've always believed it's easier to suffer in class together when you know each other's names. 
2. I am a firm believer in injury-prevention. During class I will be giving everyone general and individual cues to help you prevent an injury, as well as achieve proper form to get the most out of the exercise. Your safety is my top priority. 
3. My classes are intentionally challenging. I want to give you something to work towards. This also serves as an excellent measurement tool for your progress as you consistently show up for classes, you start to see your endurance and overall strength improve. Also, expect us to celebrate you and the progress you've made because babe you're amazing.
